Our whisky begins its journey in Scotland as a premium blended Scotch, matured in ex-bourbon barrels to establish depth, balance, and structure.

It is then brought to Okinawa, where it continues its evolution in carefully selected oak casks. In Yanbaru’s warm, subtropical climate, natural mountain spring water, gentle ocean air, and oak work in quiet harmony, drawing out layers of flavor that can only emerge in this island environment.

This dual maturation - Scottish foundation followed by Okinawan refinement - creates a whisky that feels both familiar and confidently distinctive.
