Sakhrani Distillery operates this store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products, and services in order to provide you, the customer, with a curated shopping experience (the “Services”). Sakhrani Distillery is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.

By agreeing to these Terms, you represent that you are at least 20 years of age and legally permitted to purchase alcoholic beverages in Japan. You may be asked to provide account, billing, payment, and shipping information. You represent and warrant that all information you provide is accurate, current, and complete, and that you have the rights necessary to provide it.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You may not transfer, assign, or license your account to another person.

SECTION 2 – OUR PRODUCTS

We make every effort to display accurate information about our products. However, colors, textures, and appearances may vary depending on your device. Product descriptions are subject to change without notice, and we may discontinue products or limit quantities at our discretion.

We do not warrant that any product purchased will meet your expectations or match images precisely.

SECTION 3 – ORDERS

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. Orders are accepted once payment has been successfully processed and the order has been accepted by us. We reserve the right to decline, modify, or cancel an order where permitted by applicable law. If an order is declined, modified, or cancelled, we will attempt to notify you using the contact details provided.

All purchases are subject to our Refund & Return Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

You represent and warrant that purchases are for personal use and not for commercial resale or unauthorized export.

SECTION 4 – PRICES AND BILLING

Prices are subject to change without notice. The price charged will be the price displayed at the time of purchase. Unless otherwise stated, prices displayed for purchases within Japan include applicable consumption tax. Shipping fees, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout.

You agree to provide current and accurate billing and payment details and authorize us to charge your payment method for all charges incurred. You represent that you are duly authorized to use the payment method provided.

SECTION 5 – SHIPPING & DELIVERY

We will arrange shipping using designated delivery carriers. Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on the destination, weather, traffic conditions, carrier operations, and other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Orders may be shipped from our Okinawa warehouse or Miyazaki warehouse depending on stock availability. Items from the same order may, in some cases, be shipped separately.

We are not responsible for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to typhoons, earthquakes, floods, extreme weather, strikes, wars, pandemics, transportation disruptions, or government restrictions.

SECTION 6 – AGE & ALCOHOL COMPLIANCE

By purchasing alcoholic beverages from us, you confirm that you are at least 20 years of age and legally permitted to purchase and receive alcohol in Japan.

We do not sell alcoholic beverages to persons under 20 years of age.

Age verification, identity verification, or confirmation of receipt by an adult may be required during checkout or upon delivery. If the required verification cannot be completed, we may be unable to fulfill or deliver the order.

SECTION 7 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content, designs, logos, trademarks, images, videos, and text within our Services are the property of Sakhrani Distillery, its affiliates, or licensors, and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

Sakhrani Distillery is powered by Shopify. All sales and purchases are made directly with Sakhrani Distillery. Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of transactions between you and us.

Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Because the Services are hosted and supported by Shopify, certain information may also be processed by Shopify in accordance with its applicable privacy practices.
