Thank you for shopping with SAKHRANI Distillery. This Shipping Policy explains how we process and deliver orders within Japan.
Processing & Handling Time
Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 3–5 business days after payment confirmation.
Processing times may be longer during peak seasons, product launches, promotional periods, or due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Shipping Origins & Warehouses
Depending on stock availability, orders may be shipped from our Okinawa warehouse or Miyazaki warehouse.
For the same order, products may be shipped separately depending on stock availability and fulfillment arrangements.
The shipping origin does not affect the product price or the shipping conditions displayed at checkout.
Delivery Estimates
Delivery times vary depending on the destination, shipping carrier, weather, traffic conditions, and other circumstances.
- Okinawa: Typically 1–3 business days after dispatch
- Japan mainland: Typically 2–5 business days after dispatch
- Remote islands and certain areas: Delivery may take longer and additional shipping charges may apply
These delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Shipping Fees
Applicable shipping fees will be displayed at checkout before you complete your order.
Shipping fees may vary depending on the delivery destination and applicable shipping conditions.
Alcohol Delivery & Age Verification
SAKHRANI products contain alcohol and may only be purchased and received by persons who have reached the legal drinking age in Japan.
We do not sell alcoholic beverages to persons under 20 years of age.
Age verification, identity verification, or confirmation that the recipient is an adult may be required upon delivery. If the required verification cannot be completed, the delivery may not be completed.
Delivery Delays
Delivery may be delayed due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to typhoons, earthquakes, floods, extreme weather, strikes, traffic or transportation disruptions, government restrictions, and other unforeseen circumstances.
We appreciate your understanding that such delays may occur and that estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed.
Failed Deliveries & Returned Packages
Please ensure that your delivery address, name, and contact information are accurate and complete when placing your order.
If delivery cannot be completed due to the recipient's absence, refusal to accept delivery, an incorrect or incomplete address, failure to complete required age or identity verification, or other circumstances attributable to the customer, additional shipping charges may apply if re-delivery is requested.
If a package is returned to us because delivery could not be completed, any refund will be handled in accordance with our Refund & Return Policy and applicable law.
