Payment Methods & Timing: Credit card, debit card, and other payment methods offered at checkout are available. Payment is due at the time of order.

Delivery Time: Orders are typically dispatched within 3–5 business days after payment confirmation. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination, weather, traffic conditions, and other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Delivery Method: Orders are shipped to the delivery address provided at checkout using Yamato Transport, Sagawa Express, or another designated delivery carrier.

Quantity & Sales Conditions: Products are sold subject to the stock availability displayed on each product page. If a quantity limit or other specific sales condition applies to a product, it will be indicated on the relevant product page or during the purchase process.

Returns, Defects & Cancellations

As our products are alcoholic beverages, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, opened bottles, or items purchased in error, except where required by applicable law.

If your order arrives damaged or defective, or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please provide your order number and photographs showing the condition of the product and packaging. Once we have reviewed the issue, we will determine the appropriate resolution and, where applicable, provide a replacement or refund for the affected product. Replacements are subject to stock availability.

Orders may be cancelled before shipment, subject to the processing status of the order. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellations or returns due to customer preference cannot be accepted.

Return Notification Period: Within 7 days of delivery, applicable only to damaged, defective, or incorrect items.

Refunds: Where approved, refunds are generally processed to the original payment method. The time required for the refund to appear may vary depending on your bank, card issuer, or payment provider. Shipping fees will be handled according to the reason for the refund and applicable law.

Sale of Alcoholic Beverages

SAKHRANI products contain alcohol and may only be purchased and received by persons who have reached the legal drinking age in Japan.

We do not sell alcoholic beverages to persons under 20 years of age. Age verification, identity verification, or confirmation of receipt by an adult may be required when placing an order or upon delivery.
