As the whisky rests in Mizunara, it absorbs a beautifully intricate profile, adding layers of complexity and subtle incense-like aromas, creating a long, refined finish cherished by collectors.

Our whisky begins its journey in Scotland as a premium blended Scotch, matured in ex-bourbon barrels to establish depth, balance, and structure.

It is then brought to Okinawa, where it continues its evolution in carefully selected oak casks. In Yanbaru’s warm, subtropical climate, natural mountain spring water, gentle ocean air, and oak work in quiet harmony, drawing out layers of flavor that can only emerge in this island environment.

This dual maturation - Scottish foundation followed by Okinawan refinement - creates a whisky that feels both familiar and confidently distinctive. Silky oak, soft spice, and a subtle coastal note unfold into a lingering finish, shaped by island time and the unmistakable signature of Sakhrani craftsmanship.
