Ingredients
- 50ml Sakhrani Mizunara Edition
- 15ml kokuto syrup
- 8–10 mint leaves
- 3 shiso leaves
- 15ml fresh lime juice
- Crushed ice
- Garnish: mint & shiso bouquet, matcha dusting
Method
- Muddle herbs and kokuto syrup gently.
- Add lime juice and whisky.
- Fill with crushed ice and stir.
- Crown with more crushed ice, garnish with mint & shiso bouquet, and dust with matcha.
