Yanbaru Forest Smash

Fresh mint and shiso meet kokuto syrup’s rich depth and Mizunara’s gentle spice, lifted by lime and crowned with green.

Ingredients

  • 50ml Sakhrani Mizunara Edition
  • 15ml kokuto syrup
  • 8–10 mint leaves
  • 3 shiso leaves
  • 15ml fresh lime juice
  • Crushed ice
  • Garnish: mint & shiso bouquet, matcha dusting

Method

  1. Muddle herbs and kokuto syrup gently.
  2. Add lime juice and whisky.
  3. Fill with crushed ice and stir.
  4. Crown with more crushed ice, garnish with mint & shiso bouquet, and dust with matcha.
