Ingredients
- 45ml Sakhrani Sakura Edition
- 15ml premium umeshu
- 100ml chilled soda water
- Clear ice spear
- Garnish: ume fruit or sakura petal
Method
- Place ice spear in highball glass.
- Add whisky and umeshu.
- Top with soda water over the back of a spoon.
- Garnish.
