Sakura Umeshu Highball

A modern highball celebrating the harmony of Okinawa’s sakura and the refined tart-sweet balance of Japanese plum. Ume’s gentle acidity lifts the floral whisky notes, creating a refreshing, whisky-forward serve.

Ingredients

  • 45ml Sakhrani Sakura Edition
  • 15ml premium umeshu
  • 100ml chilled soda water
  • Clear ice spear
  • Garnish: ume fruit or sakura petal

Method

  1. Place ice spear in highball glass.
  2. Add whisky and umeshu.
  3. Top with soda water over the back of a spoon.
  4. Garnish.
